Goods reclaim

If you decide to return the ordered goods, you have the right to return them within 14 days of ordering, or delivery.

Conditions for return:

  1. The goods must be in their original condition, unworn, undamaged and with all original labels, packaging and accessories.
  2. Returned goods must include a completed return form. If the returned goods do not contain the form, then the return of the goods will not be possible.
  3. The customer is obliged to send the goods double-boxed (in a protective box) so that the original box is not damaged. If the goods are damaged during transport, it will not be possible to return them.
  4. The deadline for refunding your funds for returned goods is a maximum of 14 working days from the delivery and inspection of the returned goods.

Return procedure:

  1. You contact us via email (info@sneakersupply.sk) or via Instagram, where we will send you a form for withdrawing from the contract.
  2. Attach the completed form to the returned goods and double box it.
  3. You will send the packaged goods to us at your own expense to the address that you can find in the form for withdrawing from the contract, no later than 14 working days from the creation of the order, or order delivery.
  4. As soon as the goods arrive at our address, we will check them and return the funds within 14 working days at the latest. In the event that there is a problem with the goods and a return is not possible, we will contact you via email regarding further information.
